Both the primary effect of the Earth's point mass gravitational attraction and secondary effect due to the (mean first order) gravitational perturbation effects of the oblate Earth are modeled. The resulting orbit is an ellipse in inertial space that slowly rotates due to changing orbital elements. The |J2_PERTURBATION_PROPAGATOR_MODEL| is useful for modeling satellites in specialized Earth orbits, such as sun-synchronous and Molniya orbits. .. block:: WSF_J2_PERTURBATION_PROPAGATOR Commands ======== .. _WSF_J2_PERTURBATION_PROPAGATOR.Orbital_State_Commands: .. include:: orbital_state.txt .. include:: two_line_element_commands.txt .. _WSF_J2_PERTURBATION_PROPAGATOR.Common_Orbital_Propagator_Commands: .. include:: common_orbital_propagator_commands.txt
