Overview
========

:model:`WSF_CYBER_WEAPONS_UNTARGETED_EFFECT` is a cyber_effect that allows the attacker to clear
the victim's current target. Upon activation, the current target of the victim platform is removed.
Upon recovery, the original target will be restored to the victim. Note that this effect does note
prevent a change in the current target (by the victim or otherwise) while the effect is in progress (to
include any sensor updates, tasking, etc.) This effect is not limited to weapon platforms, and can target any
platform in the simulation.
