Overview
========

A visual_part_ provides the ability for a platform to represent articulated parts that are not defined by existing
:command:`comm` or :command:`sensor`.

Visual parts may be published over DIS, by using the :command:`dis_interface.articulated_part` command in the
:command:`dis_interface`.
