Overview
========

This type describes the new details for the subcapability.

Static Methods
==============

.. method:: static UCI_SubCapabilityDetails Construct(UCI_LOS_Reference azimuthReference, UCI_ElevationScanStabilization elevationReference, double azimuthScanCenter, double elevationScanCenter)

   Creates a UCI_SubCapabilityDetails_ object with the desired azimuth and elevation scan centers. The azimuth scan center
   value can be referenced from the platform's body or absolute north. The elevation value can be referenced by the body or
   the center altitude. Both are expected in radians.
