WsfChangeSemiMajorAxis_ can be used to change the semi-major axis of an orbit of a platform.

.. method:: static WsfChangeSemiMajorAxis Construct(WsfOrbitalEventCondition aCondition, double aFinalSMA)

   Static method to create a WsfChangeSemiMajorAxis_ using a specific condition and a final semi-major axis length (m).

.. note:: When the current eccentricity is not 0, the supplied condition should
          be :method:`WsfOrbitalEventCondition.AT_PERIAPSIS` or :method:`WsfOrbitalEventCondition.AT_APOAPSIS`.
