This message indicates that a platform is ending an attempt to jam a target platform or location.  It is associated with the :ref:`JAMMING_REQUEST_INITIATED` event which indicated the start of the attempt.

    number of jammer transmitters (current jammer mode only)
Frequency: <frequency> <units>
    frequency of jammer request and frequency units
Bandwidth: <bandwidth> <units>
    transmitter bandwidth

    name of sensor that is being jammed
